Split Leaf Philodendron

Series of 4 photographs of different varieties of Philodendron that is a botanical genus or species belonging to the family Araceae. This tropical plant is ideal for places with low sunlight indoors / outdoors because it is easy to grow and maintain.







Monstera Deliciosa

Several philodendrons growing in a large public space with plants taller than 2 meters. In this external public garden these Monsteras can develop up to their maximum possible height.

Although it is easy to mix up with the philodendron, the two types of plants come from the same family in the taxonomic classification, but from different genera and species. Notice here that these are sitting forming a long line and allow us to identify their parts, as their leaves come directly from the main stem, where the older ones were cut off or removed marking the trunk in a decorative way.
